Involuntary Commitment, Forced
Drugging, Duress, Patient's Legal Rights
|
| Too often a person's rights
all but disappear once they have been signed over to a "mental institution".
Part of the problem is that government agencies and the legal justice system
have fallen for the theories and practices of the psychiatric field, but
also, the laws and rules are often unclear.
Psychiatric drugs and electric shock "treatments"
can severely damage a person's body, mind and emotions, and it behooves
every person to know their rights if they ever find themselves being "committed".
